Rick Wakeman's Criminal Record is a progressive rock concept album by Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman and was released in 1977. Five of the album's six tracks are instrumental, the exception being "The Breathalyser" which includes vocals by Bill Oddie, famous as comic-actor from The Goodies. The album also features guest appearances by Yes band-mates Chris Squire and Alan White.
The album consists of six pieces of music which Wakeman believes, from a musical perspective, reflect the title of the track, much like his album The Six Wives of Henry VIII were musical interpretations of Henry VIII's wives' personalities.
